These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeRoutine, including any related website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the LifeRoutine team ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of all content you create, store, or upload through the Service, including checklists, tasks, journal entries, notes, and settings ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The core Service is currently provided free of charge. We may offer optional donations or paid features in the future. Any paid features will be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law.

Except for Your Content, the Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
